Caking Good

I’ve always wanted to take a cake decorating class at Michaels and last month I finally took the plunge! It was a lot of fun and Liz, the instructor, was great. As you can see in the photo below, I gained the confidence to try something extra special for Easter! But don’t look too close, or you might see the drooping roses or the place I scraped off the green icing three times over 🙂
Bottom line is that those little glitches don’t matter one whit. I had fun and everybody stuffed themselves on cake after Easter dinner!
